we have a duty of care to the animals brought into the groomers – in EXTREME cases of neglect we WILL contact either a vet or the rspca or both – as animal lovers providing a service to animals and their owners we cannot ignore obvious neglect – if you have a problem with your dog, if lack of funds is a problem and you and your animal is suffering as a result, both the PDSA and the RSPCA can help towards vet’s costs, or speak to us, have an honest consultation and we will do our level best to help genuine cases
